THEN YOU DON"T EVEN KNOW IF IT WAS YOUR DUMPSTER THAT THEY TOOK TO THE WASTE FACILITY, IT VERY WELL COULD BE ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS OVERWEIGHT AND THEY CHARGE 2 CUSTOMERS FOR A DUMPSTER THAT WASN"T YOURS.
